Request an appointment
You can request an appointment by contacting us direct and nominating a preferred date and session time along with your details.
We will contact you, usually within the next 24 hours, to confirm your appointment with a time and location.
Should your preferred time be unavailable, we can liaise to find one suitable.
If you wish to request an appointment online, you will be transferred to our healthcare platform – HealthKit – in a new tab and follow the prompts.
Nominate your preferred date and session time.
Complete all fields including your mobile number and preferred time in the Appointment Notes section, enabling the “Book Now” button.
Your request is then emailed to us, and we will contact you within the next 24 hours to arrange your appointment.
